I have found a new helper for yardwork! Isabelle loves to use the watering can. She calls it a "garden". One evening we were outside working in the yard and I decided to let her help me water our new hostas that the neighbor across the street gave us. She mostly watered her pants leg, but that's okay. ;)
The water was all gone, so then she decided to throw some mulch on the plants. What a good helper! :P
We bought this trash can at Lowes' to start composting in, and she enjoyed riding around in it while we were at Lowes, but for some reason didn't like it too much when I put her in it when we got home.

First of all, I love me some hostas! They come in so many varieties and even better...they come back every year!!
But that Izzy is too cute as your gardener. You'll have to let us all know how your compost goes (and what all to put in it). I'm interested!

When I made the comment about the pie I was thinking that it was 2 weeks til I saw you. I didn't realize that it was just around the corner!
