Free TP!

Well, almost. Did you know that you can buy coupons on Ebay? Well, technically you're not buying the COUPONS, you're paying someone for their time to find, clip, sort and send coupons to you. I paid around $4 for someone to find, clip and send 20 cottonelle coupons for 50 cents off any 4 pack or larger. These 4-packs are always 99 cents at Kroger, and Kroger doubles coupons up to 50 cents. (I might add that the coupons don't double unless they scan your kroger plus card BEFORE they scan the coupons. I learned that the hard way yesterday...I think the man behind me was so impressed that I was getting a cartful of free toilet paper, that he didn't even care that I was holding up the line.) I ended up going to customer service to be rang up, but it was totally worth it! I also didn't have to pay the 50 cents in tax, because I had a 50 cent off Cottonelle shortcuts coupon loaded onto my kroger plus card, so that covered it. I walked out of that store with my cart FULL of toilet paper without handing over a penny!

Just in time, too, because we were out of t.p. I had to open one of the packages before I got around to taking this picture. :)
